At Connecting Journey’s Global (CJG), our mission is to initiate a spiritually grounded revolution that resurrects family dynasties, restores broken communities, and reimagines systems of care. We are committed to developing transformative organizations that champion mental health and substance abuse recovery, support the reunification of families, provide proper education for historically oppressed groups, guide individuals toward divine purpose, reconstruct healthier educational constructs, and advocate for safe, suitable housing. Through clinical excellence, cultural integrity, and faith-rooted leadership, CJG exists to help people heal, rise, and reclaim the legacy they were born to live.

The vision arrived in 2011 and clarified in 2018. After years of sacred preparation, pain, abandonment, rejection, lack of moral support and prophetic reassurance, Connecting Journey’s Global was birthed on January 22, 2025. Evolving from both burden and breakthrough, following years of witnessing trauma, generational dysfunction, and the relentless impact of systemic oppression, all while working in institutions more invested in profit than people, our founder chose to disrupt the cycle.
What began as a vision became a movement: a sacred space for the community to heal, and a refuge for professionals suffocating in systems that never taught them how to lead with purpose. CJG is the manifestation of that calling, a spiritually grounded, revolutionary force committed to rebuilding families, reviving futures, and restoring truth to the work of helping others. we prioritize nurturing over numbers, because people aren’t metrics, they’re miracles.

The Vessel Behind the Vision
Who is Dr. Hardy?
Dr. Tomika D. Hardy, Th.D., MSW, Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) Master Transformational Life Catalyst, Author, and REALTOR®, is a visionary devoted to turning generational pain into generational power. She is the founder of Connecting Journeys Global, a sacred ecosystem where healing, leadership, and legacy collide.
Born in “The Bottom” of Shreveport, Louisiana during the height of the crack epidemic, Dr. Hardy's journey began in the shadows of systemic harm and personal hardship. With a parent in recovery since she was seven, and after enduring childhood trauma, domestic violence, and divorce, she emerged as a vessel for restoration and rebirth.
Raised by her late grandmother, Mrs. Annie Lee Owens Hardy Gray, who instilled in her the essence of queenship, education, and generational legacy, Dr. Hardy walks in divine alignment, honoring the very blueprint her foremothers laid. She is a mother of two incredible young adults (The K's) and a guiding light to numerous nieces and nephews.
Though once rejected by religious institutions after accepting her call to ministry, Dr. Hardy obeyed divine instruction and built a ministry without walls, one that connects journeys globally and unapologetically.
She doesn’t just shift rooms, she builds realms.

Her experience supporting uniformed service members has given her deeper insight into the layered trauma, resilience, and responsibility carried by our military personnel, both in uniform and beyond the battlefield.
