Clients may reschedule once without penalty, provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. The original payment will be applied to the new appointment.
If a client chooses not to reschedule, a partial refund may be issued if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or same-day cancellations, unless proof of a catastrophic event is provided, at which point a full refund may be considered at the discretion of CJG.
If Connecting Journeys Global is unable to fulfill a scheduled session, and the client chooses not to reschedule, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 72 hours.
After payment is received, clients will receive a call and an email within 48–72 hours to confirm scheduling. Clients are responsible for indicating their preferred method of contact at checkout or during the consultation request.
Appointment dates and times will not be confirmed until contact is successfully made.
Dr. Tomika D. Hardy strictly upholds ethical boundaries and does not engage in dual relationships under any circumstances. If you choose to work with Dr. Hardy in a clinical capacity, she will not enter into any real estate transactions with you, directly or indirectly.
Likewise, if you are an existing or prospective real estate client, Dr. Hardy will refer you to another qualified provider for any mental health and
addiction counseling..
